Creation and monitoring of promotional campaigns and competitor analysis A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking a Commercial Assistant in Rio de Janeiro (Jacarepaguá). A national HR solutions company specializing in recruitment and selection across all levels and sectors, operating in multiple Brazilian states through partnerships. **Responsibilities:** Will analyze, optimize, and grow restaurants on iFood, 99Food, and Keeta platforms, focusing on performance and results. Analyze key metrics (sales, conversion rate, average order value, cancellations, and reviews), develop diagnostics and customized action plans, apply menu engineering (pricing, combos, and strategic menu organization), create and monitor promotional campaigns, track KPIs, analyze competitors, propose operational improvements, and conduct client meetings to present results. Previous experience as Sales Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, or Commercial Support may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
