Support in HR department routines **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in the company's administrative and commercial areas within the cleaning products and general supplies distribution sector; * Be responsible for file organization, invoice issuance, spreadsheet control, and drafting professional e-mails; * Provide support in preparing quotations and commercial proposals, customer registration in the system, and order follow-up; * Assist in guiding employees on corporate policies, timekeeping control, and supporting HR department activities; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Salary: R$ 1\.900,00\. * Multibenefit Meal/Refectory Ticket: R$ 400,00 (Monthly) * Transportation or fuel allowance. * Company shopping voucher worth R$ 100,00 for products at cost price (non-cumulative). **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30\. * Lunch break: 12:00 to 13:00\.
