Opportunity routing to the team and excellence in relationship management Handle active and responsive customer service across the company's communication channels, providing information about FC LOG's services—particularly in warehousing, logistics, and commercial solutions—screening inquiries, routing opportunities to the responsible team, and ensuring excellence in relationships with customers, prospects, and partners. * Conduct active and responsive telephone customer service * Provide information about FC LOG's services * Route leads and opportunities to the sales team * Record customer interactions and contacts in the system * Assist customers with questions regarding warehousing and logistics * Monitor follow-ups and responses to requests * Support interface coordination among customers, sales, and operations Education / Specific Knowledge * Completed high school education * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is preferred * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Customer service (call center) experience is preferred * Experience with CRM or customer service systems is preferred * Basic knowledge of logistics, warehousing, or transportation (a plus)
