You will be responsible for the complete operational cycle of products: \- Register and update information in the ERP system and on distributor and partner platforms, ensuring all databases remain synchronized; \- Manage commercial request tickets, track projects in the internal task management system, and request quotations from suppliers, monitoring production schedules and ensuring deadlines and quality are met; \- Process customer orders, provide status updates at every stage (registration, production, shipment), supply logistics tracking information, and issue fiscal invoices. Requirements Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields; Excel/Google Sheets: Intermediate level (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables); Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks; Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with suppliers and customers; Proactivity: Hands-on profile who takes initiative to solve problems without waiting to be asked. Desirable 1 year of experience in operational roles (registration, customer service, logistics, e-commerce); Experience with ERP systems such as Bling, Tiny, etc.; Experience in e-commerce and marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, etc.); Knowledge of NF-e issuance processes; Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana); Experience in B2B and B2C customer service; Basic understanding of supply chain and supplier management; Experience with publishing houses and bookstores is a plus.
