The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, delivering, and controlling materials and goods, verifying invoices against purchase orders regarding quantity, quality, and specifications; entering data into the system; and conducting inventories — all aimed at meeting project schedule requirements and effective stock management. **Responsibilities and duties** * Control and organize inventory; * Control material receipt; * Enter invoices into the SAP system; * Release requisitions in coordination with the Site Leader; * Monitor requisitions, purchase orders, and material deliveries; * Ensure traceability of material batches; * Ensure traceability of material outgoing movements; * Distribute materials and equipment to employees according to their requisitions; * Resolve administrative matters related to the area of responsibility; * Maintain equipment in good working condition, always testing upon delivery and return; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Conduct hands-on training for new employees in accordance with company standards; * Prepare reports and inventories. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite; * Knowledge of construction materials and equipment; * NR18 and NR35\.
