Main Responsibilities: * Monitor trips to evaluate driver performance * Provide guidance on economical driving and correct equipment usage * Assess routes and develop route charts * Conduct practical tests with drivers during the selection process ✅ Requirements: * Experience operating 9-axle semi-trailers * Valid Brazilian Driver's License Category E * Updated MOPP Certification * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
