Route assessment and route chart development \*OPEN POSITION – TRAINING SUPERVISOR I\* Location: São Bernardo do Campo – SP Salary: R$ 5\.300,00 \+ Hazard Pay Benefits: * Breakfast and lunch provided at the company * Meal Allowance: R$ 324,00 * Health and dental insurance (after probation period) * Pharmacy and optical store partnerships * Partnerships with universities and language schools * Parking or Transportation Allowance Job Objective: Supervise fleet driver performance to improve fuel consumption, increase equipment productivity, and reduce costs related to tires, fuel, and maintenance. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor trips to evaluate driver performance * Provide guidance on economical driving and correct equipment usage * Assess routes and develop route charts * Conduct practical tests with drivers during the selection process ✅ Requirements: * Experience operating 9-axle semi-trailers * Valid Brazilian Driver's License Category E * Updated MOPP Certification * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
