Job Summary: Sell products, provide customer service and support, manage inventory, and ensure store organization. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and sales, following AutoZone standards 2. Being part of a team that values dedication and teamwork Sell store products and serve customers by providing assisted sales, accompanying and observing customers during merchandise selection, offering assistance if difficulties are observed, providing product support and clarification, operating the cash register, promoting general sale items, and clarifying information for customers. * Customer service and sales, following AutoZone standards; * Inspect and maintain internal and external store conditions; * Ensure inventory is well-stocked, clean, and organized; * Update and organize display items; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and preserve store appearance; * Ensure sales and pricing processes and documentation, and conduct physical inventories. * High school diploma or equivalent; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred; * Automotive industry knowledge preferred.
