We are looking for a dedicated and animal-loving receptionist to join our team at Animal Pet Veterinary Clinic. Here, you will be much more than the first smile our clients encounter — you will be the vital link between pet owners, their pets, and our care team. **What will you do on a daily basis?** \-Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience from arrival through departure from the clinic; \-Schedule consultations, surgeries, and other procedures, ensuring the calendar is efficiently organized; \-Manage incoming phone calls and respond to emails courteously and effectively; \-Collect accurate patient information, including medical history and pet owner contact details; \-Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure animals receive timely and appropriate care; \-Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area for clients and their pets; \-Manage office supplies and front-desk materials inventory, placing orders as needed; **What do we expect from you?** \-Previous experience as a receptionist; \-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; \-Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful or emergency situations; \-Basic knowledge of scheduling software and customer management systems (preferred); \-Passion for animals and understanding of basic veterinary care; \-Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; \-Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required; **Location:** São Paulo/SP, Jafet region (South Zone) **Work schedule:** 12x36 shift, from 10 AM to 10 PM. **What do we offer?** Salary: R$ 1\.931,11 \+ Meal Voucher \+ Food Allowance R$200.00 \+ Transportation Voucher \+ Amil Health Insurance after the third month \+ Sales performance bonus Send your resume to animalpetvagas@gmail.com with subject line: CV Receptionist We look forward to meeting you!
