After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure production quality by following the inspection plan, blocking non-conforming products, and supporting resolution of such blocks. * Conduct comparative tests, evaluating and inspecting products according to specifications and technical definitions to comply with quality standards. * Prepare inspection, analysis, and non-conformance reports, as well as contribute to compiling defect catalogs. * Support production by assisting the operations team with required standards, disseminating best quality practices, and identifying improvement opportunities to minimize production and loading errors. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation in alignment with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma — Mandatory * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Preferred **Worth noting:** Monday through Saturday, from 1:20 PM to 9:40 PM **Additional information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Year-end Christmas basket and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR — Profit-sharing program. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary — Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Chartered bus service. * On-site dental clinic.
