Join our team and become part of a growing distributor focused on efficiency, strategy, and value generation through the Procurement department. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct medium- and high-complexity negotiations for the procurement of inputs, raw materials, and services. * Prospect the supplier market, obtain quotations, equalize commercial proposals, and prepare technical and financial comparisons, recommending the best alternative for the company. * Develop detailed cost composition analyses (cost breakdowns), evaluating net price, tax burden, freight, lead time, inventory turnover, and margin impact. * Conduct economic feasibility studies, including total cost analysis, in-house production versus outsourcing, market analysis, and historical price behavior. * Apply a structured strategic procurement methodology to key categories within the portfolio. * Create and monitor departmental KPIs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. * Manage cost-saving and continuous improvement targets by developing action plans to ensure results. * Prepare structured presentations and reports to support executive management. * Monitor market best practices with a focus on total cost reduction and service level improvement. * Promote continuous process improvement using analytical and problem-solving tools (SWOT Analysis; Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle). * Manage activities with a high degree of organization via an integrated management system. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate strategies, and sound compliance practices. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in the Procurement area. * Knowledge of tax analysis applied to procurement (ICMS, tax substitution, tax rate differentials, interstate transfers). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially intermediate-level Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, basic financial formulas). * Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and strong negotiation skills. **Additional information** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, business hours. * On-site position. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity for professional growth within an expanding company. * Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) **Benefits:** * Health insurance (effective after 3 months of employment) * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher * Work location: On-site Salary: R$2.100,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
