This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to develop expertise in media, campaign management, and relationship building with major industry partners, all within a dynamic and continuously learning environment. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare monthly media reports for partner industries; * Monitor the entire Sampling/Gifts operation, from material registration to receipt at the Distribution Center (CD), distribution to stores, and consolidation of results; * Support the Retail Media team with daily operational requests; * Organize and monitor area controls, timelines, and deliverables; * Assist in interfacing with internal departments to ensure campaign execution. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Claude and/or ChatGPT); * Analytical and organized mindset; * Proactivity and ownership mentality; * Ability to work effectively in teams and in dynamic environments; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in retail.
