Headquartered in Aparecida de Goiânia, with branches across Goiás in Catalão, Caldas Novas, Itumbiara, Morrinhos, Pires do Rio, and Rio Verde; in Palmas (Tocantins); and in Cuiabá (Mato Grosso). We aim to sensitize our workers to always act with safety—each one safeguarding the other’s life. **JOIN OUR STORY** **Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate operational activities of field teams. * Supervise project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and established targets. * Monitor cost control, service quality, and operational performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards required by the utility provider. * Promote team alignment regarding procedures and best execution practices. * Monitor productivity and propose continuous improvements to operational processes. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. Proven experience coordinating field teams for distribution network construction and maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools. **Skills:** Leadership, assertive communication, decision-making, and results orientation. **Driver's License:** Category B (mandatory).
