\***Marina Assistant**\* **Job Description** We are seeking a Marina Assistant who, above all, contributes to the smooth operation of our nautical base and provides a safe, well-organized experience for our sailors. We seek a proactive, responsible professional aligned with our values to join our team. The ideal candidate must be willing to perform operational tasks, pay attention to detail, stay organized, and adapt easily to a dynamic, outdoor environment. Responsibilities Support marina operations; Prepare, assemble, and inspect vessels for sailing lessons and rentals; Launch and retrieve boats from the water; Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of vessels; Organize the sailing room, workshop, storage area, and nautical zone; Assist sailors during departure and return; Provide operational support for sailing lessons; Maintain constant communication with coordination regarding vessel conditions and infrastructure. **Requirements** Reside in the South Zone of São Paulo; Availability to work on weekends and holidays; Completed high school education; Willingness to perform operational and physical work; Organization, responsibility, and commitment; Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; Prior experience in operational roles is a plus. **Work Schedule: 5x2** Wednesday to Sunday and holidays – from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary** R$1\.805,00 **Benefits** Transportation allowance; and Meal allowance: R$ 26.80 per day Payment: R$1\.805,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
