Job Summary: The Wheel Loader Operator will be responsible for verifying the daily service schedule, checking and calibrating scales, inspecting equipment, and performing material loading and handling. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for daily verification of the service schedule. 2. Verification and calibration of scales and inspection of equipment. 3. Execution of loading, handling, and sorting of materials. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify the daily service schedule with the distribution department; * Perform verification and calibration of the wheel loader's scales; * Inspect basic equipment conditions, including water level, oil level, fuel level, and tire condition; * Execute loading, handling, and sorting of materials and debris; * Support warehouse and operational yard organization; * Refill the sand box; * Accurately record working hours in the daily route sheet. **Requirements:** * Driver's license category B; * Prior experience operating a wheel loader; * Commitment, attention, and operational responsibility. **Benefits and Compensation:** * Fixed salary of R$ 2.137,00; * Monthly bonus of R$ 200,00; * Meal allowance of R$ 500,00; * Fuel allowance of R$ 200,00; * Overtime pay in cash; * Medical, dental, pharmaceutical, and leisure benefits. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Employment Type:** * Permanent CLT contract Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.137,00 – R$2.337,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Category B driver's license? * Are you available to work in the Industrial neighborhood?
