**Join the ROTA 98 team!** *We seek dynamic, proactive, and organized professionals.* **Prerequisites:** * Experience with restaurant routines. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and organize orders; * Assist in food preparation according to the menu, paying attention to customer-requested adaptations; * Assist in plating dishes; * Deliver ready-to-serve dishes to customers; * Assist in food pre-preparation, including portioning; * Monitor leftovers and losses to avoid waste; * Assist in food inventory control (quantity, storage, and expiration dates), reporting restocking needs to the responsible person; * Assist in inspecting the operation of refrigerators, freezers, stoves, and other kitchen equipment; * Perform hygiene, cleaning, and organization of utensils, tableware, and the work area. **Work schedule:** * Tuesday through Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance equivalent to the current fare; * Free on-site parking; * Meal voucher of R$ 23.00 per day; * Food allowance of R$ 145.00 per month; * Pharmacy benefit plan. **Salary:** * R$ 1,828.00 / month + 20% night shift premium starting at 10:00 PM.
