THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates or corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2\. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Practical Instructor
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food voucher for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly premium covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon notification; the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and imparts essential skills required for obtaining, modifying, renewing driver’s license permits, authorizations, and advanced vehicle operation training; also facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars).
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**

**EDUCATION:**
Completed high school (or higher education degree).
**ACCEPTABLE PROOF INCLUDES:**
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Officially signed and stamped certificate of course completion.
c) For higher education, proof of enrollment, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution.
Traffic Instructor Course accredited by the National Traffic Council (CONTRAN).
Proof of mandatory requirements must be submitted as follows:
(Valid diploma or certificate — validity up to 5 years from the certificate issuance date).
VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE, CATEGORY D OR E — MUST HOLD CATEGORY FOR AT LEAST 1 (ONE) YEAR.

Copy of current driver’s license.
NO GRAVE OR EXTREMELY SERIOUS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS IN THE LAST 60 (SIXTY) DAYS AND NO SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF THE BRAZILIAN NATIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH).
Proof of mandatory requirements must be submitted as follows:
Copy of the “no record” certificate issued by the State Traffic Department (DETRAN).
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING PRACTICAL INSTRUCTION FOR BUSES AND/OR TRUCKS AND/OR SEMI-TRAILERS.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly reflect the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be provided via:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and detailed description of duties performed;
b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, clearly indicating relevance to the target position (only if CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with the requirements of this Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to demonstrate required experience.
