Description

Job Summary: Responsible for operating surface treatment processes on metal parts, including immersion and finishing, as well as assisting in quality inspection. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and organizing the work area REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; * Preferred: overhead crane operation training; * Availability to work Monday through Friday; * Availability for on-site work in Eusébio/CE. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Sorting materials and preparing metal part surfaces; * Performing immersion operations of parts in degreasing, pickling, fluxing, zinc, and passivation baths; * Adjusting and recording process times according to operational instructions; * Performing finishing on parts during withdrawal from the zinc bath; * Rigging, securing, and positioning parts on hangers, fixtures, and baskets; * Inspecting and cleaning the zinc bath (removing dross and ash); * Completing production process records and documentation; * Assisting in visual quality inspection of parts; * Cleaning and organizing the work area, equipment, and tools; * Performing other duties inherent to the role.
