




Job Summary: The professional will monitor the truck fleet, track routes and incidents, and assist in logistical planning and maintenance management. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with logistics to achieve operational and safety goals **Job Responsibilities** * Monitor the truck fleet in real time via tracking and telematics (GPS) systems. * Track routes, stop times, deviations, and incidents during transportation. * Contact drivers to align routes, provide safety guidance, and support during unforeseen events. * Generate fleet performance reports (travel time, fuel consumption, idling time, etc.). * Assist in route planning and on-time delivery scheduling. * Manage vehicle departure and arrival checklists, as well as mandatory documentation. * Support preventive and corrective fleet maintenance management. * Report incidents, accidents, and non-conformities to management. * Collaborate with the logistics department to meet operational and safety targets. **Prerequisites** * Completed high school education (technical or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred). * Prior experience in fleet monitoring or logistics operations. * Familiarity with tracking systems and telematics tools. * Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel). * Availability to work rotating shifts when required.
