If you value a collaborative environment, enjoy challenges, and want to contribute to the company's logistics process efficiency, this opportunity may be ideal for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Goods Receipt and Inspection:** Receive products, verifying quantity, quality, and item integrity; identify and record any discrepancies or damages. * **Inventory Organization:** Store products in an orderly manner, respecting the order of arrival, ensuring easy item location and control. * **Order Picking and Packaging:** Pick and package products according to orders, ensuring they are ready for secure shipment and delivered within established deadlines. * **Dispatch Documentation Control:** Verify invoices, freight bills, and other relevant documents, ensuring they are accurate and up to date. * **Merchandise Dispatch Support:** Assist in shipping logistics, receiving carriers, and ensuring products depart correctly and on time. * **Inventory Control:** Participate in periodic inventory counts, contributing to inventory accuracy and preventing errors. * **Customer Service (as needed):** Support the customer service team with order-related information and assist in resolving dispatch-related inquiries. * **Compliance with Safety Regulations:** Operate in accordance with the company's defined safety, health, and quality standards, safeguarding both process and personnel integrity. * **Logistics Management Support:** Assist in operational and administrative logistics activities, such as route planning, deadline tracking, and process improvements.
