About the position: * Act as a Direct Sales Representative, focusing on prospecting and serving end customers. * Conduct sales to fleet owners, taxi drivers, businesses (CNPJ), and persons with disabilities (PCD), understanding their specific needs and offering suitable solutions. * Develop close relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Key responsibilities: * Prospect new customers and maintain an active customer portfolio. * Conduct external visits for product presentations and closing sales. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms aligned with company policies. * Monitor delivery and after-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction. * Record sales information and reports in the internal system. Mandatory requirements: * Proven experience in direct sales. * Strong negotiation and effective communication skills. * Valid driver's license appropriate for vehicle operation (matching category). * Availability for external work and frequent client visits. * Organizational skills and discipline for managing a customer portfolio.
