Description
nstech is the largest technology and software platform for logistics and supply chain in Latin America. It connects the entire transportation chain — shippers, carriers, brokers, and drivers — within a single digital ecosystem to make operations more efficient, secure, and cost-effective.
Within the Holding, we operate strategically, supporting group companies on corporate topics, technology, people, culture, governance, and growth. Here, we seek professionals who want to work with a business-oriented mindset, collaboration, and impact, helping sustain the evolution of the nstech ecosystem.

* **Kubernetes Cluster Support:** Monitor and maintain the health of Kubernetes clusters (On\-Premise or Cloud), ensuring nodes, pods, and services operate within expected parameters.
* **Level 1/Level 2 Support:** Receive and resolve tickets related to containerized applications, including deployment failures, scheduling issues, image errors, and service unavailability.
* **Environment Monitoring:** Track cluster metrics (CPU, memory, storage usage, network) using monitoring tools, proactively addressing degradation scenarios.
* **Deployment and Rollback Management:** Execute application deployments of new versions via Helm Charts or YAML manifests, and perform rapid rollbacks when issues are identified post\-deployment.
* **Storage and Volume Administration:** Manage Persistent Volumes (PVs) and Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs), ensuring application data remains persistent and adequately backed up.
* **Secrets and ConfigMaps Management:** Create and update Secrets (credentials, tokens) and ConfigMaps (environment variables) for applications, following defined best practices.
* **Resource Scaling:** Adjust pod replicas (Horizontal Pod Autoscaler) and node resources (Cluster Autoscaler) according to demand, optimizing cost and performance.
* **Documentation and Runbooks:** Maintain up-to-date documentation for clusters, troubleshooting procedures, and deployment guides to facilitate shared knowledge across the team.
* **Developer Support:** Assist development teams in building optimized Dockerfiles, troubleshooting images, and defining health checks for their applications.
* **Cluster Backup and Recovery:** Execute and verify backup routines for Kubernetes objects (etcd, manifests, configurations) and persistent volumes, ensuring recoverability in disaster scenarios.
* **Updates and Patches:** Apply Kubernetes version upgrades and patches to nodes (operating system and container runtime), keeping the environment updated and secure.
