Job Summary:
A professional responsible for shipping, receiving, verification, and storage of goods, as well as customer service, inventory management, and warranty processes.

Perform shipping, receiving, verification, and storage of goods; issue fiscal invoices; handle warranty and core return processes; conduct rotating inventory counts; and carry out other tasks as required.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Serve internal and external customers;
* Pick, verify, issue fiscal invoices (NFs), and manage goods transfers;
* Store goods, record fiscal invoices (NFs), receive and attend suppliers, and process returns;
* Provide customers with information regarding product warranties and cores;
* Participate in and assist with inventory counts;
* Organize and clean the warehouse.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education; basic computer skills; Microsoft Office suite proficiency.

Previous experience in logistics or related responsibilities. Completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Knowledge of and/or experience using ERP systems.
