Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for daily fleet control, tracking service orders, managing mileage, and entering information into the system. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with fleet operations and operational control. 2. Familiarity with fleet management systems (Pro Log or similar). 3. Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. **Responsibilities** * Perform **daily fleet control**, updating information on vehicle usage, availability, and movement. * Register and track **service orders** (preventive and corrective) until completion. * Carry out **mileage control**, monitoring usage frequency and scheduling maintenance as needed. * Enter and update information in the **Pro Log** system (openings, closures, entries, and reports). * Monitor fuel consumption and generate reports for follow-up. * Assist in communication with drivers, suppliers, and workshops. * Ensure proper organization of vehicle documentation. * Generate operational indicators and support fleet cost management. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Experience with fleet, logistics, or operational control routines. * Knowledge of service order and mileage control. * Familiarity with fleet management systems (**Pro Log** or similar). * Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. **Desirable** * Experience with automotive maintenance. * Knowledge of KPIs (miles driven, fuel consumption, fleet availability). **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity * Organization * Sense of responsibility * Analytical ability * Teamwork * Strong communication Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
