Management and issuance of invoices and delivery receipts The transportation company is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Itaitinga. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service via telephone or online channels (e-mail, WhatsApp), addressing inquiries, complaints, and delivery status updates. Verify deliveries made the previous day using system-generated reports. Request delivery status updates and receipt confirmations from drivers. Record and issue invoices when required. Perform biweekly and monthly closings for companies whose payments are contingent upon receiving physical delivery receipts. Assist drivers on delivery routes regarding invoices, cargo volume, addresses, and correction letters, as requested. Request invoices from customers when necessary.
