




Job Summary: Support the organization and updating of documents, data entry, and communication, collaborating with the QSMS team and contributing to the company's sustainability. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and advanced technology, **FREMIX** delivers high productivity, reduced project timelines, and shortened service durations, supporting sustainability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the **organization and updating of spreadsheets and reports** related to safety, environment, and fleet control; * Assist in **data entry** for vehicle inspections, maintenance tracking, and fueling; * Support the QSMS team in **safety campaigns, training sessions, and field checklists**; * Control and archive **vehicle, driver, and PPE documentation**; * Monitor the issuance and renewal of **licenses, certificates, and technical reports**, under departmental guidance; * Assist in **communication with suppliers and drivers** to align operational requirements; * Comply with internal regulations and company safety procedures.
