




Description: * Project Management: lead FIDC and Credit Card Operations projects, ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency; * Portfolio Reconciliations: manage reconciliations between accounting and FIDC databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance; * Process Development: design and implement innovative treasury (SCD) operational processes, delivering positive impact across departments; * Financial Product Mapping: analyze and map financial products of C&A Pay Card, identifying opportunities for improvement; * Data Analysis: build reconciliation dashboards to support informed decision-making and process optimization; * Effective Communication: collaborate with related departments to ensure alignment and minimize risks; * Continuous Improvement: develop continuous improvement processes for treasury (SCD) projects, driving efficiency and results. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with Projects (Treasury and/or Credit Card Operations); * Experience with Credit Cards; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of FIDC is a plus. 2512180202551873487
