**Responsibilities:** * Maintain constant contact with clients, providing support and delivering information about transportation services; * Supervise loading and unloading operations, ensuring processes are carried out accurately and efficiently; * Coordinate the team of drivers and assistants, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with established schedules; * Conduct inspections and check\-lists on trucks, verifying vehicle conditions before beginning transportation activities; * Monitor delivery progress, tracking deadlines and resolving any unexpected issues during transit; * Plan and optimize delivery routes to achieve greater operational efficiency and reduce costs; * Issue and verify documents related to transportation operations, such as invoices, waybills, and other necessary records; * Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure integration and smooth performance of operational processes.
