Opportunity for professional growth **Are you agile, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with technology?** Join the Atlas GR team, a national reference in risk management for road freight transportation! **Your main responsibilities:** * Monitor trips in real time using tracking systems; * Handle alerts of various levels—with or without Monitoring System (MS), as defined by the client's Risk Management Plan (PGR); * Send commands and messages to trackers to prevent risks and ensure compliance with insurance policies; * Assist drivers and customers via phone calls and WhatsApp messages; * Escalate suspected incidents to the Intelligence Center (CIA); * Perform vehicle check\-lists, testing sensors and actuators; * Contribute suggestions for operational improvements; * Meet SLA targets and maintain excellence in service delivery. **Why work with us?** At Atlas GR, you go far beyond simple monitoring.
