




Job Summary: Develop, plan, and supervise construction planning activities and schedules, monitoring and fulfilling bureaucratic and logistical requirements for the project’s full development. Act as an agent for developing other team members in the area by providing support and training, aiming for process standardization and delivery quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise and lead the construction planning team, providing technical guidance and support to ensure excellence in activities; Conduct periodic performance evaluations of the team, identifying improvement opportunities; Provide continuous training to develop the team’s technical and managerial skills; Participate in third-party contracting oversight to ensure negotiation integrity; Monitor progress in engineering, procurement, and other supporting areas to optimize cost and time on the relevant construction site; Inspect and interact with management teams, monitoring project progress and verifying area needs to ensure timely project execution; Keep senior management informed about resource and expense requirements for projects under your responsibility; Handle corrective requests by appropriately directing internal company demands; Define and monitor procedural milestones and prepare monthly and weekly management reports to ensure proper activity supervision and success assurance; Prepare periodic management reports presenting critical analyses of performance, deviations, and recommendations for improvement; Continuously monitor project progress, analyzing key performance indicators; Proactively identify potential risks in planning and develop mitigation strategies; Make effective decisions to resolve emergent issues during project execution; Propose corrective and preventive actions to ensure achievement of established targets; Coordinate resolution of field pending items, controlling interferences and planning workfront releases; Perform job duties in compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, as well as consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department.
