Be responsible for the clinical center's service flow, ensuring high-quality care; Adjust the number of professionals per area (Reception, Issuance of Referral Forms, Filing, Billing Entry) according to the unit's needs; Monitor beneficiary service processes (reception and issuance of referral forms) to ensure compliance with institutional standards; Monitor administrative processes (filing, entry of administrative information, data entry for billing services to other Health Plans), aiming to optimize unit organization and ensure financial revenue collection; Respond to complaints directed to the unit within the stipulated timeframe, minimizing the risk of penalties from ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency); Handle scheduling requests via Call Center and Web whenever possible, and when not feasible, escalate to Medical Management, in order to minimize risks of sanctions by ANS; Daily verify the schedule statistics closing in the MKT system, ensuring data quality for decision-making; Keep the unit's room occupancy schedule updated, ensuring optimal use of physical infrastructure; Keep unit documents updated and organized, thereby minimizing risks of penalties from regulatory/enforcement agencies; Control inventory of consumable materials, monitoring purchase requests and restocking, avoiding waste that increases costs, while simultaneously ensuring necessary supplies are available for patient care; Request service tickets for facility maintenance tasks and ensure their completion, thus safeguarding the image of GNDI (Grupo NotreDame Intermédica); Supervise whether waste disposal at the unit complies with the PGRSS (Healthcare Waste Management Plan), ensuring GNDI does not commit environmental violations; Ensure monthly waste disposal day is conducted at units, aiming to maintain organizational standards; Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization of the Clinical Center, guaranteeing proper service conditions and preventing creation of new detractors that could harm GNDI's reputation; Supervise patient service flow, ensuring service quality and avoiding negative NPS scores; Monitor daily compliance with work schedules to ensure all workstations operate properly; Perform other related duties as determined by superiors. 251019020250483844
