Come **INSPIRE** with us!. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct preventive occupational health and safety activities at client company premises; * Act as a Health and Safety (H\&S) facilitator for professionals employed by contracted companies; * Perform field inspections to identify potential workplace hazards, proposing corrective actions to eliminate anomalies and advising on proper use of PPE; * Develop and deliver training sessions for employees on safe workplace practices and related topics; * Provide support in incident management; * Provide support in managing legal requirements; * Provide support in managing critical activity requirements; * Support indicator management; * Prepare safety documentation, including manuals, procedures, safety standards, and related materials; * Support supervision in routine management processes of contracted companies, following established norms, policies, and standards; * Collaborate, as needed, in committees, meetings, and related forums to discuss and implement safety initiatives; * Provide technical guidance to junior occupational safety technicians; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Experience in mining/industrial activities and/or large-scale construction projects; * Expertise in critical activities (Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, NR12, NR10, Load Lifting, Electrical Rooms) for on-site supervision; * Experience delivering training sessions. **Additional Information** In addition to being part of one of the companies certified by **GPTW** as among the best places to work in Espírito Santo, we offer: **JOB DETAILS:** * Salary: R$ 5\.298,89 * Weekly working hours: 44 * Work schedule: MON–THU \- 7:00 AM–5:00 PM\.
