Manage projects by leading, allocating, and monitoring the consultant team’s deliverables, providing feedback and lessons learned; Receive and validate new projects (Sales to Delivery process); Collaborate with internal departments to understand and ensure resolution of issues arising during solution implementation; Manage project risks to mitigate threats’ impacts and maximize opportunities; Approve, monitor, and control project costs under your responsibility, maintaining up-to-date financial reports; Conduct Kick-Off meetings with clients, milestone meetings throughout the project, and planning for system implementation go-live; Ensure project closure and documentation in accordance with the company’s current methodology; Ensure project transition to support teams according to the company’s current methodologies; Guarantee delivery of the proposed scope within scheduled timelines and projected costs; Maintain alignment with both internal teams and the client; Ensure achievement of metrics defined in the current methodology; Execute individual project portfolio management and ensure delivery of planned projects; Support onboarding and training of new team members; Manage crises using negotiation skills across internal departments and with the client; Maintain close client relationships through consistent engagement and ongoing client learning. 2512200202551929048
