Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic Internal Auditor to strengthen internal controls and manage risks across agricultural, industrial, and corporate processes, promoting continuous improvement. We seek an **Internal Auditor** to act strategically in strengthening internal controls and managing risks across **agricultural, industrial, and corporate processes**. This professional will work closely with business areas, participate in internal control committees, lead audit projects at all operational levels (operational, tactical, and strategic), and promote continuous process improvement aligned with industry best practices in the sugarcane-energy sector. Responsibilities include planning and delivering training, reviewing policies and procedures, executing audit tests, mapping and automating controls, assessing operational risks, supporting the development and monitoring of action plans, and documenting workpapers clearly, comprehensively, and in accordance with audit methodologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support risk management for agricultural, industrial, and corporate processes. * Participate in internal control committees alongside business areas. * Plan and deliver Internal Controls and Audit training for field teams and industrial plants. * Review and propose policies and procedures based on sugarcane-energy sector best practices. * Conduct Internal Audit projects at all operational levels (operational, tactical, and strategic), executing the testing program to assess the risk and control matrix and issuing improvement recommendations to mitigate identified deficiencies. * Document executed test procedures in workpapers clearly and accurately. * Map controls, identify improvement opportunities, and implement automation. * Assess causes and consequences associated with operational risks. * Support the development and monitoring of action plans. * Prepare workpapers clearly, comprehensively, and in accordance with audit methodologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in internal audit, internal controls, or risk management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in data analysis and dashboard development. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of data analysis tools (ACL, Power BI), certifications (CIA and/or Lean Six Sigma), postgraduate studies in relevant fields, and experience auditing agricultural and industrial processes within the sugarcane-energy sector—including loss controls, agricultural systems, specific legislation, asset maintenance, and marketing of sugar, ethanol, and energy. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Assistance * Meal Allowance * Company-provided Bus Service * On-site Restaurant * PMRN – Performance-Based Incentive Program * Christmas Bonus * Educational Partnerships offering discounts on various courses We proudly state that we are large because our nature is future-oriented—over five decades strong.
