For this position, your mission will be to assist activities related to safety, aiming to ensure conditions that eliminate or minimize to the lowest possible level the risks of occupational accidents, while complying with all applicable legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor Occurrence Records (ROs) across all locations, both physical and electronic, perform occurrence statistics, and follow up with all responsible parties regarding pending items; Issue Safety Alerts; Assist in controlling PPE loans in the RM system; Respond to requirements from regulatory compliance systems – Verde Gaia; Assist in feeding and measuring departmental indicators; Collaborate in electoral processes for CIPA, Fire Brigade, SIPAT, and others; Collaborate in implementing ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications; Collaborate in managing SMS documentation; Conduct introductory SMS training sessions; Collaborate in the 5S Program and Waste Management; Feed the Vitae system (environmental measurements from PPRA’s, fire extinguisher control, CIPA, occupational medical exams); Separate documents required for signed contracts, based on client requests; Assist in SMS procedures, standards, and controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Technical Course in Occupational Safety; Basic Microsoft Office package; **Desirable:** One year of experience in occupational safety, preferably in engineering or transportation companies; familiarity with the company’s business; knowledge of relevant legislation; NRs; Fire Brigade; Previdenciary Professional Profile (PPP). **Additional Information** What we offer you: Health Insurance; Basic Food Basket; Meal Voucher; Life Insurance; Dental Plan; Transportation Voucher; Gympass and Apoipass.
