Job Summary: Responsible for executing Risk Management processes in transportation operations, ensuring registration, validation, and release of drivers and vehicles as required. Key Highlights: 1. Generation and release of Boarding Authorizations Responsible for executing Risk Management processes in transportation operations, ensuring proper registration, validation, and release of drivers and vehicles, thereby guaranteeing compliance with internal requirements and risk management companies' standards prior to boarding authorization. * Register drivers and vehicles in the carrier's system. * Register drivers and vehicles in risk management companies' systems, performing searches and validations according to established procedures. * Perform vehicle mirroring across systems, ensuring data consistency and compliance. * Apply and validate tracking-related checklist items, ensuring functionality and adherence to safety requirements. * Generate and release Boarding Authorizations only after full validation of driver, vehicle, and safety items. * Strictly follow internal Risk Management procedures, ensuring no operation is authorized outside the defined standard.
