Preparation of Managerial Reports **Description** --------------- * Preparation of operational managerial reports with comparative analyses (operational deviations, improvement plans, risk mitigation, etc); * Management of registration \& billing processes (Health / Dental \& Life Insurance) and Non-Insurable Benefits; * Management of performance, productivity, capacity indicators, and demand monitoring; * Understanding of SLAs, Process Mapping, Deviation Analysis, Demand Balancing; * Team Leadership; * HR Process Management. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Knowledge of products and operational demands related to Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance assistance; * Proficiency in registration \& billing processes (Health / Dental \& Life Insurance) and Non-Insurable Benefits; * Mastery of regulations governing plan extensions and inactive member control; * Practical knowledge of LEAN-based management tools focused on workflow and process improvement and problem resolution; * Advanced Excel (especially VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables) for handling these responsibilities; * Advanced knowledge of insurance operational tools / data validation and operational dashboards (Power BI); * General knowledge of registration audits, operational committees, and operational indicator management / demand management; * Knowledge of Non-Insurable Benefits (Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Childcare Voucher, Gympass, Totalpass, etc); * Experience in team leadership. * ***Opportunity open to all***
