Participates in deviation investigations and corrective actions **Requirements:** Technical course in Chemistry Prior experience in the field is an advantage; Strong communication skills to clearly and objectively report incidents. **Responsibilities:** **Laboratory Activities in Quality Control and Quality Management Department** \- Collect samples of production inputs (components, packaging materials, manufacturing materials) for analytical purposes, according to the established Sampling Plan; \- Perform quality control tests and analyses to ensure production inputs and in-process products meet specified standards prior to their release for production; \- Inspect production inputs (components, packaging materials, manufacturing materials) within the timeframe required by production needs; \- Verify the usage conditions of tools and testing equipment in the Quality Control Department, maintaining them in perfect working condition; \- Conduct quality checks and tests during the process, as per established procedures, determining conformity for continuation; \- Inform Quality Management about non-conforming products; \- Participate in deviation investigations and corrective actions through the Quality Committee and Risk Management; \- Verify and approve label printing (front label); \- Record non-conformities whenever deviations impacting the quality management system or product quality are identified; \- Assist in verifying documents received by the Quality Department, checking accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures before organization and archiving. \- Interact with regulatory authorities (municipal, state, and federal) during inspections and audits, facilitating access to and understanding of departmental documentation.
