Job Summary: Professional to manage projects, defining scope, schedule, budget, and risks; monitoring and controlling projects; and leading meetings. Key Highlights: 1. Experience working in a dynamic environment using established methodologies **Main Responsibilities** * Manage projects according to standard workflow phases; * Define scope, schedule, budget, risks, responsibility matrix, project quality, and other practices related to project management methodology; * Develop project-related budgets, as well as conduct their review and forecasting; * Monitor and control projects under responsibility; * Support procurement processes and budget control; * Lead and conduct meetings and schedule activities related to project phases; * Demonstrate proficiency in project management software. Requirements: **Essential** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields; * Experience with traditional project management methodologies; * Proficiency in project management software; * Experience in project management; * Microsoft Office suite. **Preferred** * Experience managing highly complex projects; * Specialization in project management; * Experience with corporate ERPs; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Experience implementing or establishing a project management office (PMO).
