Responsible for supervising high-impact projects, managing executive governance processes, providing performance insights, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. With a focus on clear communication and strategic project management, the office enables the President to concentrate efforts on leadership and delivering results across the entire company. **Key Responsibilities** Organize the country CEO’s agenda and governance, facilitating strategic decisions and leadership meetings—including regional and global events; Prepare and review strategic materials (memos, presentations, reports) in collaboration with stakeholders; Record decisions and action items from meetings and track progress to ensure timely execution, keeping the CEO informed; Responsible for managing priority strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives; Oversee execution, lead special initiatives, align departments, and keep the CEO informed of progress, risks, and outcomes; Monitor financial and operational performance, analyze data, and report relevant information to the CEO; Oversee risk and reputation management, conduct analyses to support strategic decision-making, and identify standout initiatives for replication and continuous improvement; Serve as the CEO’s communication liaison, coordinating interactions with internal and external stakeholders; Ensure clear dissemination of leadership directives, prepare meeting materials, and develop strategic content to promote cohesive communication across the organization. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications, International Relations, or related fields.
