




**Responsibilities:** Project Planning Support: Assist in creating schedules, project plans, and defining scope and requirements in collaboration with the Project Manager. Activity Monitoring: Monitor project activity progress, update statuses, and report deviations to the management team. Documentation Organization: Maintain and update project documents such as schedules, meeting minutes, progress reports, and task lists. Communication and Team Coordination: Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. Resource Control: Assist in controlling resource allocation and monitoring budgets. Meeting Support: Prepare presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes for project meetings, tracking action items and established deadlines. Risk and Issue Monitoring: Assist in identifying and recording risks and issues, participating in finding solutions and mitigating impacts. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree or technical course in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields (in progress or completed). Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or project assistance roles is desirable. **Knowledge:** Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar. Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). **Advantages:** Knowledge of ERP or business management software. Certification in project management (CAPM, Scrum Foundation, etc.).
