Oversee medium- and high-complexity projects within the company’s CapEx portfolio, monitoring risk management, timelines, and adherence to defined requirements, as well as mediating and resolving conflicts. **Responsibilities and duties** Manage traditional, agile, and hybrid projects; Possess knowledge and hands-on experience with agile frameworks such as Kanban and Scrum, along with understanding of project management principles and domains; Act as a facilitator—organize and lead meetings and ceremonies; contribute to removing impediments identified by the team, ensuring continuous workflow and self-organization within the team; Manage project changes, stakeholders, risks, budgeting, and outcomes; Maintain the triple constraint—scope, investment, and quality—with the customer at the center, in a sustainable, people-focused environment, always remaining flexible to change. Develop effective project communication, maintaining transparency and alignment among all stakeholders, especially executives. Promote and conduct training sessions, as well as continuous improvement processes. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree—Project Management or related fields 5 years Proven experience managing traditional projects (e.g., as Project Manager) or agile projects (e.g., as Scrum Master or Agile Master) Preferred: experience in digital channel projects.
