Healthcare company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as a PMO Analyst in the Engineering and Projects area, responsible for managing the project portfolio for new units and renovations. * Monitor, control, and enhance the existing project management methodology, defining metrics and standards for continuous improvement of departmental processes. * Develop, review, and maintain project policies, procedures, forms, workflows, and other documentation. * Consolidate and communicate the project portfolio to all stakeholders through status reports, dashboards, alignment meetings, and other reporting channels. * Promote alignment and communication with corporate departments to integrate information and responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered according to the defined scope. * Serve as the focal point for other company departments to facilitate action management across all project phases. * Establish control points and monitoring mechanisms to support adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets, applying best practices in project management. * Identify deviations from the plan, report risks, and guide the team in defining mitigating actions to minimize impacts. * Define, implement, and monitor project performance indicators (KPIs), generating inputs for decision-making and continuous improvement. * Updated methodology and templates; consolidated status reports and dashboards; risk and mitigation action logs; portfolio KPIs with periodic analyses; alignment meeting minutes with corporate departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Professional with at least three (3) years of proven experience in a PMO role directly managing a project portfolio. * Availability for 100% on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management. * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification issued by PMI. * Knowledge of PMBOK and project management tools (MS Project, Power BI, Advanced Excel, etc.). **Additional Information** Healthcare company.
