With an economic revenue of **€11.6 billion in 2024 and a global network of 150 factories and 40 R\&D centers**, OPmobility relies on its **38\.900 employees** to tackle the challenges of sustainable mobility.**Responsibilities:** Responsible for monitoring and controlling all financial activities interfacing with the Manufacturing process (costs, controls, and processes). *Monthly Closing* * Collection and analysis of operational costs at Plant level * Preparation of Bridges and provision of informational support for decision-making * Monitoring of financial and non-financial indicators to ensure data reliability * Ensuring that all procedures and policies inherent to the process are being followed and meet expectations *Reporting* * Preparing the foundation for submission of operation-related reports, meeting deadlines and quality standards * Validating variances identified at Plant level to ensure report quality *Internal and External Audits* * Ensuring all required documents are provided * Responding to relevant inquiries * Following up with other involved departments * Ensuring maintenance of internal controls * Supporting the factory during the full inventory process, performing variance analyses and ensuring inventory accuracy *Support to Plant Director* * Providing all necessary information to facilitate decision-making * Participating in meetings to ensure and improve the company's financial indicators * Actively participating in matters related to Budget and Business Plan **Position Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics * Minimum 4 years of experience in this role * Proficiency in computer applications at user level * SAP knowledge preferred * Advanced English proficiency **Benefits:** * Meal allowance, health insurance, dental plan, birthday day off, life insurance, on-site meals, and pharmacy benefit **Why choose this position?:** This position offers a unique growth opportunity for a finance professional seeking a holistic and strategic view of business operations.
