With an economic revenue of **€11.6 billion in 2024 and a global network of 150 factories and 40 R\&D centers**, OPmobility relies on its **38,900 employees** to meet the challenges of sustainable mobility.**Responsibilities:** Responsible for monitoring and controlling all financial activities interfacing with the Manufacturing process (costs, controls, and processes). *Monthly Closing* * Gather and analyze operational costs at plant level * Prepare bridges and provide informational support for decision-making * Monitor financial and non-financial indicators to ensure data reliability * Ensure all procedures and policies related to the process are being followed and comply with requirements *Reporting* * Prepare the basis for submitting operation-related reports, meeting deadlines and quality standards * Validate plant-level variances to ensure report quality *Internal and External Audits* * Ensure all required documents are provided * Respond to relevant inquiries * Follow up with other involved departments * Ensure maintenance of internal controls * Support the factory during the physical inventory, performing variance analyses and ensuring inventory accuracy *Support to Plant Director* * Provide all necessary information to facilitate decision-making * Participate in meetings to ensure and improve the company's financial indicators * Actively participate in Budget and Business Plan discussions **Position Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics * 4 years of experience in the role * Proficiency in computer applications at user level * SAP knowledge preferred * Advanced English proficiency **Benefits:** * Meal allowance, health insurance, dental plan, birthday day off, life insurance, on-site meals, and pharmacy benefit **Why choose this position?**: This position offers a unique growth opportunity for a finance professional seeking a holistic and strategic view of the business.
