If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Control the activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to the defined milestones for the project, thereby contributing to the fulfillment of contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Develop structured schedules incorporating predecessors, successors, resources, calendars, and constraints using recognized planning methodologies. * Prepare and maintain updated physical-financial project schedules using tools such as MS Project. * Produce and update resource S-curves or histograms, ensuring alignment with strategic planning. * Conduct systematic progress monitoring of activities, identifying deviations and proposing effective corrective actions. * Develop, monitor, and report project performance indicators (KPIs), supporting decision-making. * Actively participate in alignment meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal multidisciplinary teams. * Integrate information from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning areas, promoting cross-disciplinary synergy. * Manage risks and opportunities related to planning, proposing preventive and mitigating measures. * Issue management reports and presentations for the board and other stakeholders, focusing on transparency and accuracy. * Review and approve schedules, S-curves, and histograms from contractors (execution and fabrication), ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines. * Monitor contractor performance, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions. * Conduct technical site visits to assess physical progress of works against the scheduled plan. * Support the development of project management plans, ensuring cross-disciplinary integration and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. * Track field activity progress, indicating forecasted completion dates per the current schedule. * Support the management of information flow among involved departments, promoting efficient communication. * Be responsible for disseminating materials containing strategic recommendations to discussion forums, such as project review meetings and off-season planning sessions. * Support project managers in identifying and managing critical paths and points of attention. * Prepare and submit periodic reports (weekly, monthly, or as required), containing consolidated information on project progress. * Structure and maintain an up-to-date visible project management dashboard, including schedules, S-curves, histograms, critical paths, and short-term planning (Two Week Look Ahead). * Perform follow\-up on materials, ensuring delivery deadlines are met and availability for execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — including Power BI (Advanced); * Proficiency in MS Project (Advanced). * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (Intermediate level); * Class B driver’s license; * Willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience with SAP PM and MM; * Experience in planning within the Agribusiness sector; * Strong analytical capability; * Good stakeholder relationship skills. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: On-site * Work Location: São Paulo/SP * Working Hours: Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 17:48 **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * TotalPass partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
