Occupational Safety Technician

We are looking for an **Occupational Safety Technician** to manage Occupational Health and Safety (SST) programs, oversee units under your responsibility, ensure legal compliance, and support preventive actions with teams. What you will do * Conduct technical visits to units under your management, monitoring routines and safety conditions; * Monitor and ensure correction of non-conformities, tracking action plans; * Periodically audit SST programs, including: * PGR / PPRA – Risk Management Program; * PCMSO – Occupational Health Surveillance Program; * LTCAT – Technical Report on Working Environmental Conditions; * Issue PPP (Professional Occupational Profile) and ASO kits via the SOC system; * Manage the SST system, monitoring documents, inspection checklists via mobile app, EPI record control, and action plans (does not create documents, only verifies and tracks them in the system); * Participate in CIPA meetings, proposing improvements and preventive measures; * Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, focusing on occupational safety and hygiene regulations; * Organize SIPAT and support CIPA elections, as well as deliver training to CIPA members; * Monitor and investigate workplace accidents, issuing CAT (Work Accident Communication) and reports in the SOC system; * Support SESMT administrative routines, including supplier control and payments; * Perform other area-related activities under guidance from the Occupational Safety Engineer and Occupational Physician; We seek someone with * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Knowledge of labor legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Experience with SST management systems (SOC knowledge preferred); * Ability to conduct audits, training sessions, and safety campaigns; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude; * Valid Category B driver's license; * Intermediate Excel proficiency, including mastery of VLOOKUP and PROCV functions.
