Coordination of emergency response teams and emergency plans **Occupational Safety Technician** We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to work at an established plastic injection manufacturing company located in Colombo\-PR, specializing in the automotive sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Integrate and train new employees on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). * Develop, review, and update internal OHS procedures, documents, and programs. * Investigate and analyze accidents, incidents, and behavioral deviations. * Support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and the Annual Internal Occupational Health and Safety Week (SIPAT). * Coordinate the Emergency Response Team and maintain the Emergency Management Plan up to date. * Monitor and track mandatory training and legal certifications. * Develop training schedules in accordance with Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Conduct inspections of building facilities and production areas to identify risks and non-conformities. * Lead and support internal and external OHS and Environmental audits. * Support and monitor the annual review of the Risk Assessment Program (PPRA), the Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO), and the Technical Report on Hazardous Activities and Operations (LTCAT). * Request, obtain quotations for, size, test, and manage the delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), and uniforms. * Monitor and validate Work Permits for High-Risk Activities (PTR). * Collaborate in the development of Occupational Safety and Health manuals. * Coordinate periodic medical examinations and examinations for job changes. * Monitor and support expert assessments and inspections related to OHS. * Develop and implement action plans for accident prevention. * Manage and monitor the internal audit program, presenting indicators and following up on corrective actions. **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in related activities * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety Salary: To be negotiated Working hours: First shift (06:55 to 15:00, Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 06:55 to 12:18\) or second shift, Monday to Friday from 14:55 to 23:00 and Saturdays from 12:18 to 16:40 Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting from R$1.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
