Job Summary:
End-to-end management of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs to ensure employees' physical integrity and health, and to promote continuous improvement.
Key Highlights:
1. Strategic involvement in legal compliance management and occupational risk mitigation
2. Focus on developing a preventive culture and supporting the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA)
3. Active participation in process modernization and technology adoption for health, environment, and workplace well-being
Ensure employees' physical integrity and health through comprehensive management of OHS programs, legal compliance, and continuous improvement of administrative/operational processes.
Strategic involvement in legal compliance management and occupational risk mitigation. Responsible for drafting and managing critical technical documents (Risk Assessment Program [PGR], Occupational Health Monitoring Program [PCMSO], Technical Report on Hazardous Activities [LTCAT], and Individual Employment Record [PPP]), and issuing Work Accident Reports (CAT). Focus on fostering a preventive culture through integrations, Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), and support to the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA). Accident investigations with root-cause analysis focus. Active participation in process modernization and adoption of technologies related to health, environment, and quality of life at work.
