Position: Occupational Safety Assistant Work Mode: 100% on-site in Betim (MG) Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the implementation of workplace safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases. Manages PPE control and distribution, supports the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), handles safety documentation management, and monitors safety programs. · Conduct daily inspections of work areas, identifying and reporting unsafe conditions or acts. · Assist in the distribution, control, and guidance on proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). · Support the organization and monitoring of CIPA activities, including elections and meetings. · Manage admission, periodic, and dismissal medical examinations. · Monitor maintenance, inspection, and recharging of fire extinguishers. · Assist in basic occupational safety and accident prevention training. · Assist in preparing and managing safety documentation, including technical reports and SESMT reports. · Support audits, inspections, and labor expert assessments. · Support the implementation of accident prevention plans and the organization of the Internal Week for Accident Prevention (SIPAT). · Monitor key performance indicators for Occupational Health and Safety. · Support the implementation of the Risk Management Program (PGR) for e-Social. Assist in managing documentation related to the company's environmental license. Minimum Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical Course in Occupational Safety (TST).
