Safely transport cargo and products with punctuality and in compliance with traffic regulations and company guidelines, ensuring vehicle maintenance and cargo integrity. KEY ACTIVITIES * Safely and punctually transport, deliver, and collect cargo; * Operate vehicles according to assigned routes and deadlines; complete tachograph records, logbooks, and checklists (vehicle checklist via video/audio); * Daily inspection of fuel, oil, tires, and brakes; report any issues to supervision; * Assist in managing fiscal documents and delivery proof; * Comply with safety regulations (NR-01, GRO/PGR) and use PPE; * Follow internal procedures (macros/activity logging) and instructions from the GR. MAIN PERFORMANCE INDICATORS On-time deliveries (punctuality in collections and deliveries); Accident rate; Damage rate; Personal appearance (grooming, cleanliness, ID badge, and uniform); Fuel consumption; Personal documentation; Punctuality/attendance; Cargo delivery rate (% of deliveries completed); Vehicle maintenance. * **REQUIREMENTS** NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS * Completed elementary education; * Proficient reading and writing skills; * Driver's license category D (for collection/delivery) or E; * Relevant work experience and willingness to travel; * TAC (PJ drivers); * Basic knowledge of diesel mechanics; * Familiarity with route planning and risk management; * Good personal appearance and hygiene; * Use of PPE when required.
